The place is cheap for friend group gatherings. The place doesn’t have a lot of bookings so when we arrived the reception is empty and the owner didn’t expect us, they apologized for the missed booking coz our room reservation didn’t reflect to their system. We ended up having a one room good for 8 people instead of 2 rooms good for 4 and 5 peps and yet we liked more the barkada rooms coz it’s near the common kitchen that we can use. The place is has construction equipment coz they also turn the half of it to a hardware so expect that it’s a little dusty.

Avoid this place. Booking system is unreliable, rooms are dusty with spider webs, no free WiFi, and the water is dirty. Totally not worth the money.
